Participant information is stored and used by "the organiser" to record their participation in the competition and to make the awarding of prizes possible.

Participants may, for legitimate reasons, be opposed to the fact that the personal data which they submit as a part of this game might be processed. They also have a right to object to their data being used for marketing purposes falling outside of participation in this competition. They may enforce these objections upon registering their participation by writing a letter to "the organiser," whose address is mentioned in Article 1.

The winner(s) authorises "the organiser" to use their coordinates (last and first names) for advertising or public relations purposes, on any and all mediums, and without this bringing them any remuneration, right, or advantage, apart from the allocation of their prize.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and its latest version, as well as Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to personal data and the free movement of such data, the participant may exercise his right to access, rectify and delete data, limit processing, transfer data, oppose data, as well as withdraw his consent by writing to “The organiser” whose address is mentioned in Article 1.
